One of the eminent entrepreneurs of Maharashtra, Abhijit Patil achieved success after witnessing various highs and lows in life. On the occasion of the Maharashtra Business Icon Awards 2022 that happened on June 3, Mr. Patil stated that he started working at 19 and failed in 21 business ventures. It was after numerous attempts that Abhijit Patil saw the light of success.
At the event in Nashik, he was honoured with ‘Multitasking Business Person in Maharashtra 2022 Award. The entrepreneur was bestowed with the award at the hands of popular actress Tejaswini Pandit on Friday. Moreover, the award ceremony saw many dignitaries from the film industry, business sector and other walks of life in attendance. Over the years, Abhijit Patil has honed his entrepreneurial skills by venturing into different businesses that turned out to be profitable ventures.
Getting into the business space 23 years ago, Abhijit Patil has now come a long way. He began his journey from a small village called Apta in the Panvel taluka of Raigad. In various instances, the residents of Raigad and Navi Mumbai have praised the work done by Mr. Abhijit. Currently, Abhijit Patil is the director of Tulsi Home Maker, a leading company that has constructed more than 10,000 residential properties in the last twenty years across Navi Mumbai, Ambernath and Badlapur.
In addition, the redevelopment work in these areas is being done in full swing. As per the work, approximately the company will construct 5000 new residential spaces at an affordable rate for middle-class families. The residents have often expressed their gratitude toward Mr. Patil for doing such commendable work. The construction of new houses will be carried out by Tulsi Home Maker in association with Raj Group.
Behind his incredible success, Abhijit Patil said, “I thank my family, colleagues and all the people who stood by me through all the tough times. I am always grateful to the people who showed their trust in me and my work.” Recently, the entrepreneur with other members of the Railway Station Consultative Committee conducted a meeting to discuss improving Panvel Railway Station. Apart from this, he is working on various other issues faced by people in Panvel and other adjoining areas.
